Hi there..time to bring it back to closer to home..this Aurich (about 8 kilometers from our house) and the annual Geranienmarkt..where you can purchase plants and flowers galore..held every spring (or early summer)..just in time to beautify yards and gardens far and wide..plus the stores in the downtown area are usually open, as well as the cafes for an italien coffee or refreshing ice cream cone!! And of course along with the plant vendors the food vendors are also present..fisch brötchen, crepes, currywurst mit pommes und mayo...everything you can possibly need is to be found for the strength needed to go and plant all of you purchases!!
